One-to-one Support
A Diagnosis Is a Starting Point, Not the Whole Story

Receiving a diagnosis—for yourself or your child—can feel like both a relief and a new, overwhelming burden. With 20 years of professional experience helping families navigate neurodivergence, I’ve seen the same question arise time and time again after diagnosis: "We have a label... now what?"
As a parent of neurodivergent children, I have personally navigated this journey and deeply understand the difficulty of navigating existing systems, especially for those with non-visible difficulties.
My goal is to help you move past that confusion and build a confident path forward. My services are designed to bridge the gap between a clinical label and the realities of your daily life.
We work together in our one-to-one sessions to:
-
1. Demystify the Diagnosis First, we go beyond the technical terms. I help you understand the specific strengths and challenges of your or your child's unique neurodivergent profile, translating the "clinical" into the "real."
-
2. Connect the Dots to Real Life We'll explore how these neurological differences actually look and feel in everyday situations—at home, at school, or in social settings. You'll gain clarity on the "why" behind certain behaviors and needs.
-
3. Build Your Practical Toolkit Understanding is just the first step. From there, I help you identify and implement a tailored set of effective supports, practical tools, and vetted resources. We'll find what actually works for your family.
You don't need more information; you need the right information. Let's work together to create a practical plan that empowers you and your family to thrive.
