One-to-one Support
A Diagnosis Is a Starting Point, Not the Whole Story

You have the label. Now, let's find the path
Receiving a neurodivergent diagnosis—whether for yourself or your child—can feel like a whirlwind. It’s often a huge relief to finally have answers, but it can also feel like a heavy new weight on your shoulders.

After 20 years of helping families and individuals navigate this world, I’ve heard the same question more than any other: "We have the diagnosis... now what?"

I understand that question from every angle. As a professional, I’ve guided hundreds of people through it. As a parent of neurodivergent children, I’ve lived the family journey. I know the exhaustion of trying to explain "invisible" struggles to a world that doesn't always see them, and I know how hard it is to find a way forward when the systems feel like they aren't built for us.

My goal is to help you move past the "now what?" and start feeling confident. I’m here to bridge the gap between a clinical report and the realities of your daily life.
How we work together
Whether we are focusing on your child’s needs or your own, our sessions focus on three simple steps:
1. Making sense of the diagnosis We’ll peel back the technical jargon. I’ll help you understand the unique "instruction manual" for your brain (or your child's), translating clinical terms into clear insights about strengths, challenges, and how neurodivergence actually works.
2. Connecting the dots to real life We look at how these differences show up in the real world—at the breakfast table, in the classroom, or in the workplace. When you understand the "why" behind certain behaviors or big emotions, life starts to feel much more manageable.
3. Building a toolkit that actually works Information is only helpful if you can use it. Together, we’ll identify a tailored set of supports, practical tools, and vetted resources that fit your specific life. No "one size fits all" advice—just real solutions for your real life.

A Personalized Roadmap
As part of our work together, I provide a Holistic Support Plan. This is a deep-dive, personalized document (often 40+ pages) that maps out a unique neurological profile.

Think of it as a roadmap for the "whole person." It covers everything from social communication and daily life skills to emotional well-being and executive function. It’s a powerful tool you can share with schools, employers, doctors, or other professionals to ensure everyone truly "gets" how to provide the right support.

You don’t need more "data." You need the right support and a clear plan. Let’s work together to turn confusion into clarity.
