Our Founder & Team

Kay Alexander – Founder & CEO

Kay is the heart behind Inspire The Incredible—a visionary leader, seasoned social services professional, and devoted mother of neurodivergent children. With over two decades of experience in social services, Kay has spent her career advocating for children, youth, families, and the professionals who support them.

Her journey is not only professional but deeply personal. As a parent navigating the complexities of raising children with invisible disabilities, Kay brings a rare depth of empathy and insight to her work. She knows firsthand how crucial the right kind of support can be, and how often the gaps in the current system impact neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers.

The Birth of Inspire The Incredible

Inspire The Incredible was founded with the goal of reducing the number of individuals lost to social services, the justice system, and the streets by providing comprehensive training and ongoing support. Kay’s vision is to empower youth aging out of care and neurodivergent individuals to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Through skills training, emotional wellness support, and inclusive advocacy, her goal is to ensure that no one is left behind.

Kay is equally passionate about equipping the next generation of care providers with the knowledge and expertise necessary to deliver unparalleled services. Her approach blends real-world experience, compassion to create a system of empowerment, resilience, and shared progress, enabling all individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives.

A Team Built on Purpose

Inspire The Incredible is more than Kay’s vision—it’s a movement supported by a team with over 30 years of combined experience in social services, education, and community care.

Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and bring specialized expertise to every program, training session, and workshop. What unites us is a shared commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and positive, lasting change.

Our Collective Mission

Whether guiding youth through life skills development, training frontline care providers, or supporting families through advocacy and coaching, our purpose remains the same:

To make every person we serve feel seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Join us in creating a future where resilience is nurtured, independence is possible, and every individual, no matter their background or ability, is empowered to live a meaningful life.
