Kay Alexander is a dedicated advocate with over two decades of experience supporting children, youth, families, and professionals. Her professional journey began in the field of social services, where she specialized in developing impactful programs focused on fostering independence and personal growth.

However, Kay’s expertise extends far beyond her professional credentials. Her approach is profoundly shaped by her personal journey as a parent to neurodivergent children living in the invisibility gap.
